Through a series of self-guided programs, you will learn to identify aquatic invasive species, understand which invasive specie are present in Adirondack waterways, know the steps to clean, drain and dry boats, and learn how to interact with the public to inform about AIS. Each 10-day course will include on-line training modules, quizzes, discussion boards, and a live interactive webinar with AWI experts on the final day.

This program is geared toward the general public, volunteers, students, and interested citizens. The courses are free but pre-registration is required.

Register here to choose one of three sessions. Once registered, you will receive an email to enroll in the course. Your course opens on the first date of the session. You can run through the materials at your own pace throughout your entire session. The webinar is scheduled for the last day of your session.
